Premeditated Mass Murder

Final year English senior at Virginia Tech, Cho Seung Hui planned the whole thing.

He purchased his first gun a Walther .22-caliber pistol Feb. 9 from JND Pawn Brokers on Main Street in Blacksburg.

On March 16, he bought the second gun, a 9mm Glock 19, from Roanoke Firearms, a gun shop on Cove Road in Roanoke.

Cho produced a Virginia driver’s license, a checkbook with a matching address and an INS card.

Cho paid $571 for the gun and a box of 50 9mm bullets.

The Glock was used in two shootings, first in a dormitory and then in Norris Hall more than 2 1/2 hours later.

Cho reloaded several times, using 15-round magazines for the Glock and 10-round magazines for the Walther. see :  Washington Post

Cho left a note where he railed against “rich kids,” “debauchery” and “deceitful charlatans” on campus.

That would explain why he killed so many and why some were spared. See : Baltimore Sun

Emily Hilscher was the first to be shot and killed. Ryan Clark was the 2nd victim.

That was 7.15am.
